Bosch Delayed Refund After Delivery Failure and Order Cancellation
On December 7, 2025, I purchased a Bosch SMS4IKI62T dishwasher and a Bosch WQA24201TR dryer from the official Bosch Home Appliances website, paying a total of $1,800 by credit card. I created a delivery reservation in the system for December 12, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
However, on the morning of December 12, I was contacted by Horoz Logistics, the company responsible for delivery. The delivery driver stated that they would be coming in the morning and that they could not wait until the reserved delivery time I had selected, and as a result, the products were not delivered.
Due to this issue, I canceled my order on the morning of December 13 and requested a refund of the $1,800 I had paid. A case was opened for my order #1120924762, and I was informed that the refund would be processed within 10 days. Despite this, the legally allowed 10-day refund period has passed, and several additional days have gone by with no refund issued to me, meaning the legal refund deadline has now been exceeded.
It is extremely frustrating that such a large company has no trouble collecting payment but causes this kind of delay when it comes to refunds, leaving the customer in a difficult situation. I demand that the $1,800 I paid be refunded immediately to my credit card without any further delay, taking the legal refund period into account. If the refund is not processed by the end of today, I want to clearly state that I will initiate legal action.
