Bosch Climate 3000i Air Conditioner Leaked Water After Installation
On 07/08/2025, my Bosch Climate 3000i air conditioner was installed by the authorized Bosch service in Kırıkkale. After I began using the unit, I noticed that it started leaking water about an hour into operation. I contacted the service center, and they advised me to turn the unit off for 30 minutes and then restart it. Despite following their instructions, the issue persisted, and the air conditioner continues to leak during each use. When I requested another service visit, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee—even though the initial installation was free, the product is brand new, and still under warranty. This has caused significant inconvenience. I also called Bosch customer service and opened a support ticket, but the Kırıkkale service still demanded an extra charge. I demand that this issue, clearly caused by their own installation error, be resolved free of charge, that the problem be addressed urgently, and that I be compensated for the material damages caused by the leaking unit.

Bosch klima yetkili servis den 2 aydır beklediğim klima montajı ile ilgili yapılan hizmetin detaylı açıklaması tarafıma SMS olarak geldi ancak gelen raporda anlatılan ile gerçek gerekçe uyuşmamaktadır. Yapılan hizmet yetkililer tarafından yanlış rapor edilmiş bu rapor sonucu sorunun kullanıcı tarafından meydana geldiğini ama buna karşın bu hizmetten kullanıcıdan ücret alınmaması raporun çarpıtıldığının bir göstergesidir. Yapılan hizmetten asla memnun değilim Bosch a yakışmadı.
