I Want Bosch Refrigerator Replaced Due to Same Annual Fault Despite Ongoing Warranty
On August 20, 2020, I purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Gizerler AVM in Adana, and since the very first year, I’ve been dealing with the same recurring issue year after year. In 2021, I filed the first service request, and the refrigerator was repaired. However, the exact same problem occurred again the following year and was repaired once more. This issue has repeated annually without fail, and just a few days ago, it happened again.
The product is still under warranty, but it’s clear to me that this refrigerator has a chronic defect. I have had to endure the same malfunction for five consecutive years since the date of purchase. This is no longer acceptable.
All invoices and repair reports are attached to support my claim. I respectfully demand that this faulty unit be replaced with a new one, as repeated repairs have not solved the issue. I hope Bosch takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly and fairly.
