Hello, on May 7, 2023, I purchased the Bosch WQG2410TTR washer-dryer. Initially, we were very satisfied because all our appliances were from Bosch. About a month ago, when the drying program was nearing completion, half an hour before finishing, a knocking sound started. I recorded a video and called the service. The machine was taken to the service. I expressed my dissatisfaction that the device was new, and it broke in such a short time, stating that I wanted an exchange, not a repair. However, the product was returned to me with the drum wheel replaced. Now, during testing for 5 days, I discovered another sound. In addition to the normal noise of the machine and the noise of the laundry, there is a knocking sound through the vibration of metal, like in old and malfunctioning machines. Yesterday evening, I called the service, and they scheduled a visit for Tuesday. Another issue with the device: the door has shifted down and makes a sound when closing. The upper mounting bolt is so low that the door barely holds. And, it seems, the front plastic parts with mismatched rivets were damaged during removal. In the end, for the first time, I am not satisfied with the Bosch product. I want to request not the repair of my device but its exchange or a refund at the current market value because I am still paying for Bosch quality.
