On December 5, 2024, I purchased a Bosch WQG241A0TR dryer from a local dealer. The machine was delivered to my home and installed by an authorized service technician. The following day, I used the dryer for the first time, and it displayed a total drying time of 4 hours and 30 minutes. However, about an hour into the cycle, the machine began making a loud grinding noise, as if something was scraping inside.
The noise continued for over an hour before stopping. I recorded the sound and contacted the service team, expecting a resolution. When they arrived, I played the video, and despite hearing the noise, they dismissed it as "normal." They disassembled the machine, claimed to find no issues, and refused my request for a replacement.
This level of noise is unacceptable and cannot be considered normal for a brand-new appliance. Bosch advertises "unconditional returns" on TV, but they did not honor this for my defective product. This is completely unacceptable, and I plan to escalate the matter legally. Bosch, stand behind your products and resolve this issue immediately!
