Unresolved Issues and Noise from Bosch Washer
We bought a Bosch wga25200tr washing machine on March 30, 2023. We didn't hesitate to try another brand after using Bosch washing machines for 13 years. Oh, how we wish we could have! During the spin cycle, this machine acts like a jackhammer. When it starts spinning, the drum bangs against the right side of the machine, causing the right door to flex outward visibly. As a result, the clothes come out drenched after the spin cycle. We consulted the point of purchase and three different major Ankara sellers, even showing them videos of the problem. They were all in agreement that this was not normal and that a quick resolution was required. They explained that there could be piston issues and warned that if the problem was not resolved, the drum could eventually damage the machine's right side. We called the service twice, and each time they insisted there was nothing wrong, claiming we were loading the clothes incorrectly and ignoring the videos we provided. When we questioned why the sellers said otherwise, they simply dismissed our questions as a sales pitch. We've never had problems with washing machines before, and is it normal for the drum to bang against the machine's side no matter how we load it? We have several videos that we are willing to share as evidence. Shame on Bosch for undermining our faith in a company that used to stand by its products. I demand that my complaint be resolved immediately, or I will be forced to escalate it to the appropriate legal authorities. (The attached video clearly demonstrates the problem even when the drum is only half full).

As we mentioned in our complaint, we have submitted all the documents to your General Directorate. They informed us that they would send technical personnel to inspect and obtain a report. The person who came for the report is the same person who did not acknowledge the error:) This person came to the house twice and stated that there was no error; can you believe the logic? Do you think they will send you a different report saying, "I am at fault, sorry"? He came, opened the top cover, said there was no error, closed it, and didn't even put any laundry inside. Here you have the quality of a world-famous brand. Think twice before buying.
