Unable to Add Guest Names to Booking – Visa Application at Risk

I made a reservation on Booking.com, but I am unable to add the names of the travelers to the guest list, which is a requirement for my visa application. The confirmation document must include the names A**** Y**** and Fatma Y****,** but there is no option to update this information.

I contacted Booking.com, but they said they could not assist and directed me to the property. When I reached out to the property, they sent me back to Booking.com, leaving me completely stuck.

If my name is not added to the guest list, I will not be able to proceed with my visa application, forcing me to cancel the reservation. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue—either update my booking details or provide a solution so I can use my reservation as planned!
