Booking.com Canceled My Hotel Reservation Without Reason – Ruined My Visa Process

I booked a hotel in Spain through Booking.com and used my reservation to apply for a visa. However, while my visa application was still being processed, the hotel canceled my reservation without any explanation.
Instead of providing a valid reason or offering assistance, Booking.com simply sent an automated email stating that my reservation had been canceled. This isn’t the first time this has happened—I have faced similar cancellations multiple times before, and each time, Booking.com failed to provide any real support.
This lack of reliability makes Booking.com completely untrustworthy when it comes to securing reservations. Their customer service is nonexistent, and even the phone numbers listed are incorrect. How can a company fail to protect its users from such issues?
I demand an urgent resolution and expect Booking.com to ensure that reservations are honored. If they cannot guarantee reliability, they should at least provide real customer support instead of automated responses. Fix this now!
