Studio Apartment I Rented on Booking.com was Filthy, Triggered Allergies





I rented an allergy-free studio apartment by trusting booking.com. But on the first day, my vacation turned into hell. The house was extremely dirty and musty. Since me and my 4-year-old daughter are allergic, we could die on the first night, they couldn't come up with any solution about the house. We left the house the same morning and had to rent a different house. As if they were not responsible for such a scam, they took 26 days' fee from me and they do not refund me the price of the house I did not use. I was a Level 3 Genius customer of Booking.com, my vacation was ruined in a big scam.
