Transavia Damaged My Suitcase and Has Not Responded to My Claim

On December 29, 2025, I traveled on Transavia Airlines flight TO3300 from Paris Orly Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
When I collected my luggage at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I immediately noticed that my suitcase had been damaged and was broken. As soon as I discovered the damage, I went directly to the Transavia service desk at the airport and reported the issue. A damage report was created under reference number SAWTO10092, after which I left the airport.
Following the incident, I submitted my claim through Transavia’s official website and provided all of the documents and information requested by the airline. I fully complied with the claims process and ensured that all supporting documentation was submitted correctly and on time.
Despite completing every required step, I have not received any response, update, or resolution regarding my claim. My damaged baggage issue remains unresolved, and I have been left without compensation or assistance.
As a passenger, I find it unacceptable that a baggage damage report was filed immediately upon arrival, all requested documents were submitted, and yet no meaningful response has been provided.
I respectfully request that Transavia compensate me for the damaged suitcase or provide a replacement suitcase of the same size and comparable quality. I also request a written update regarding the status of claim reference SAWTO10092 and a clear explanation for the delay in handling my case.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and fairly in accordance with passenger baggage rights and airline responsibilities.
