On June 12, I purchased tickets through Booking.com for a Louvre Museum and Seine River tour for two people (confirmation code: BK124867045721175). Due to a scheduling conflict, I canceled the reservation through the platform. Shortly after, I received an official email stating that I would receive a full refund within 14 business days.
However, even after that time passed, no refund was issued. I contacted Booking.com via email to ask about the delay, only to be told that I would not be receiving any refund at all—a complete contradiction to the previous cancellation confirmation and refund promise.
This kind of inconsistent and unreliable behavior is absolutely unacceptable—especially from a global platform like Booking.com. I have written proof of the cancellation and the refund promise, and yet I’m still being denied my rightful money.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount and an explanation for why I was misled. Booking.com must honor the commitments they make in writing and stop disregarding customer rights. I won’t tolerate being ignored and misled after following the proper procedures.
