I Bought a Louvre Ticket on Booking.com but Never Received Access

I bought a Louvre Museum ticket through booking.com but only the reservation information was sent but the ticket information did not arrive to my email address. I provided the ticket through https://www.viator.com but only the reservation information was sent to my email address and that ticket does not open. In short, we could not enter the Louvre Museum. We were not allowed in although we were waiting in line!!! They did not accept the reservation code. We called the company and our calls were rejected. We were victims and our entry to the museum was blocked because of booking.com. I sent an email but there was no response. I had to return to my country and was victimized. I did not just want to get the amount I paid with my card, I want to enter that museum!!! My damages should be compensated, I want them to send me a ticket, accommodation and flight ticket, I want to enter that museum!!!
