Booking.com Canceled My Tour - I Still Did Not Get a Refund
I had purchased a tour for two people through Booking.com. However, the tour was canceled by the organizer on the scheduled date we had selected. When I reached out for a refund, the organizer told me to contact Booking.com customer service. Since the refund was not issued, I sent an email to Booking.com. They requested information about the situation along with screenshots of our conversation, which I provided. Despite explaining everything and submitting the messages between me and the organizer, I have not received any response, even after several days. I am filing a complaint because the tour was canceled by the organizer without offering anything in return, and we were left in a difficult situation. I am also frustrated that I cannot get a refund for a service I did not receive, and Booking.com has not assisted me despite my efforts. I am requesting a full refund.
