Dubai Hotel Cancelled Confirmed Booking — Booking.com Didn’t Fix It

I made a 10-night reservation through Booking.com at Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, and the system showed my reservation as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM on November 27, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel and did not appear in their records. Because of this, my family and I had to stay outside on the street overnight until morning, and afterward we arranged alternate accommodation on our own at the same hotel by paying more than the amount I was originally supposed to pay according to the reservation. Because the hotel had no rooms available for the first night, we were forced to spend that night on the street.

Despite submitting a help request through the Booking.com app’s support and messages section, and being told that we would receive a response within 24 hours, we did not receive any reply. There was no explanation provided for the hotel’s cancellation, and no solution offered for the hardship we experienced.

I had to pay approximately $240 in cash to the hotel. Additionally, one night of our stay was completely lost because we were forced to spend the night outside. I request refund of the approximately 10,000 TL cash loss and the cost of the one night we were unable to stay, and a written explanation regarding this process. My reservation confirmation number is: 4343.58*06.**
