Overwatch Gave Me a 2-Hour Ban Due to a Loading Screen Bug

I experienced an issue today while playing Overwatch (PC) that caused me to be unfairly affected. Even though there was no problem with my internet connection, the game froze on the loading screen when the match was starting, and I was unable to enter the game for approximately five minutes. My friends told me that the match had already started, but I remained stuck on the loading screen.

As a result, the system unfairly issued a two-hour ban against my account. I request that this unjustified ban be removed and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unfair bans from happening again.
