Booking.com Canceled My Hotel in Dubai on Check-In Day — Now Prices Tripled

Three months ago, we prepaid €335 by credit card through Booking.com to stay at the hotel “1browtown Dubai.” After our reservation was confirmed, everything appeared normal for three full months. However, on the very day we were supposed to check in, we received a message from Booking.com stating that our reservation had been canceled.
Being kept waiting for three months only to be left stranded on the check-in day is completely unacceptable.

We are currently in Dubai with our family, and hotel prices have tripled. Booking.com offered us only a $86 discount, which does not come close to compensating for the situation. Similar hotels are now priced around €1,000, and we are requesting compensation for the €700 price difference. The solution Booking.com provided is absolutely inadequate, and we urgently expect our issue to be resolved.
This entire situation has caused significant hardship for our family.
