On June 26, 2025, I was shocked to discover that my Garanti Bonus credit card was charged three separate times for different amounts via Booking.com, supposedly for travel reservations in Amsterdam. The problem is—I have never been to Amsterdam or anywhere in the Netherlands, and I did not make any booking for that location or date.
I’ve never shared my credit card details with anyone, and these charges were made without my knowledge or authorization. This is a serious breach of trust, and Booking.com must take accountability. I’ve tried to reach out to their support team, but so far, there has been no clear explanation or resolution.
I demand that Booking.com immediately refund all unauthorized charges and investigate how this fraud occurred through their platform. It is unacceptable for a global company to allow this kind of security lapse and leave affected customers in the dark. I expect a prompt response and action.
