Booking.com and Budget Car Delayed My Deposit Refund After Rental Return

On 27.01.2025, I returned the rental car at Bahrain Airport through Booking.com (Budget Car) with reservation number 753354586. I received the car with less than a full fuel tank, but that was not an issue for me. I returned it in excellent condition with a full tank. However, my deposit has still not been transferred to my bank account, and it has already been 40 days. They say it takes 45 working days, but that is far too long for a deposit refund. Please process my refund now.
