I reserved and paid for a car through Booking.com from Grande Rent A Car at Pristina Airport, Kosovo, for May 26, 2024. When I picked up the car, they took a ₺300 deposit from my credit card. I was told, and Booking.com's site confirmed, that this deposit would be refunded a week after returning the car. However, it's been almost two months, and I still haven't received my deposit back.
