Booking.com Car Rental Delayed and Deposit Not Returned

I recently rented a car through Booking.com, expecting a smooth and reliable service. Unfortunately, the rental company delivered the vehicle 2.5 hours later than the agreed-upon time. This delay was frustrating and inconvenient, as it disrupted my plans for the day.

Additionally, despite the rental period ending over eight days ago, the deposit I paid has not yet been refunded. I have contacted the rental company and Booking.com multiple times about this issue, but there has been no resolution or clear communication regarding the status of my deposit.

I chose to use Booking.com based on its reputation for reliability, but this experience has been far from satisfactory.
