Booking.com Won’t Change or Cancel My Hotel Reservation—No Support

I just booked a hotel in Fano, Italy, through Booking.com, but I accidentally selected February 16 instead of February 17. The mistake was immediate, and I contacted the hotel right away, but they refused to make any changes. Then, I reached out to Booking.com customer support, expecting help, but they completely ignored my request and refused to assist in any way. This is incredibly frustrating! How can a booking platform not offer any flexibility for such a simple date correction? I demand an immediate cancellation and a full refund. If this is how they treat their customers, I will never use Booking.com again. Fix this now!
