Booking.com İstanbul Bostancı Dedeman Error I Can't Change Dates

I'm utterly fed up with Booking.com and the lack of support I'm receiving for a simple reservation error. While I was in Italy, I tried to book a stay at the İstanbul Bostancı Dedeman Hotel for June 19-20. However, I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong dates, specifically for today, June 18.

I realized my mistake immediately after making the payment and sent a message right away to correct it. Despite my quick action, Booking.com has not responded to me at all! I even contacted the Dedeman Hotel directly. They told me I needed to resolve it with Booking.com, but assured me they would confirm the change once Booking.com approved it on their end.

Yet, here I am, still waiting for a reply from Booking.com, unable to change my reservation. This is completely unacceptable. I made an honest mistake, and their system, combined with their non-existent customer service, is making it impossible to fix. Booking.com, you need to step up and facilitate this reservation change promptly! I need to switch my dates to June 19-20 at the İstanbul Bostancı Dedeman Hotel, and I expect a swift resolution and communication from your team.
