Booking.com Tour Didn’t Pick Me Up – Missed My Trip in Egypt
I have been using Booking.com for years to book hotels, and for the first time, I also purchased a hotel + tour package for my trip to Egypt. However, I faced a major issue that completely ruined my experience.
Even though Booking.com had all my hotel details, on the last evening of my trip, the tour operator suddenly informed me that they would not be picking me up from my hotel. As a result, I missed the most important tour of my trip.
This is completely unacceptable! If Booking.com sells tour packages, they must ensure reliable service. I will evaluate the legal options once I return to Turkey. I demand compensation for the tour I missed and a proper explanation for this unprofessional service!
