Bath & Body Works Platinum Body Spray Sprayer Not Working

I placed an order on Bath & Body Works’ official website last week, and it was delivered today. The 236 ml Platinum body spray included in my order has a defective spray nozzle. The sprayer does not work, so the product will not spray. There are no issues with the other body sprays in the same order; this problem only affects the Platinum body spray.
My order number is 953LA9461A. I noticed the problem as soon as I opened the product for the first time, and I am unable to use it in its current condition.
I request that this defective body spray be replaced with a new one and that a fully functional product be sent to me.
