Booking.com Reservation Error - Payment Taken but No Confirmation Received
We tried to book a reservation for Lesbos using Booking.com. The reservation was unfortunately canceled, however, the payment was processed immediately. They said they canceled it, but I never got any confirmation code or information from the site. The bank informs that the money has been withdrawn, and it seems impossible to contact customer service. I expect Booking.com to promptly address this issue and provide clear information about the payment and reservation status.
