Booking.com Refuses to Refund My Canceled Malta Hotel Stay
On July 27, 2024, I booked a hotel in Malta for three people through Ocean Visa Consultancy, which handled the reservation via Booking.com. I made two payments: the first was 42,300₺, followed by an additional 1,754₺ due to exchange rate differences, totaling 44,054₺.
However, my Schengen visa was denied, meaning I could not travel. On August 1, 2024, I requested a full cancellation and refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any refund, and neither Ocean Visa Consultancy nor Booking.com has taken responsibility.
This is completely unacceptable. I demand the full refund of my payment immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
