Booking.com Refund Not Received After Free Cancellation in Spain

On July 19, 2025, I booked a stay through Booking.com at Apartamentos Fernando El Catolico in Malaga, Spain, paying €70. The reservation was for July 20, 2025. I canceled the booking under the free cancellation option, and Booking.com confirmed that I would receive a full refund. I also have emails and documents proving that my reservation was eligible for free cancellation.
However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails, the refund that was supposed to be issued to my credit card within 30 days never arrived. I only received one reply, which again stated that the refund would be processed within 30 days, but this promise was not kept either. My reservation confirmation number is 6106223325.
I request that the refund be processed immediately and that my issue be resolved without further delay.
