Booking.com Refund Not Received After Canceled Rome Reservation

On September 12, 2025, I made a reservation through Booking.com at a property called babuinorooms56 in Rome, Italy. I paid €346.50 with my credit card for the booking. However, despite completing the payment, my reservation was canceled, and another attempt was made to charge my card again.

After the cancellation, I had great difficulty reaching customer service. When I finally did, I was told that they would contact the property regarding the refund and that the payment would be returned to me within 5 business days. However, even after this period has passed, I still have not received any refund. My reservation number is 4972053131.

I request that the €346.50 I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
