Booking.com Partner Bluemotion Refused to Deliver Cars and Denied Refunds Twice
We rented vehicles in two different countries through Bluemotion on Booking.com, but despite having a valid and problem-free driver’s license, we were denied both vehicles at pickup. Shockingly, the exact same issue happened in both locations, leaving us stranded and frustrated.
Even worse, we were refused any refund for the cars we paid for in advance. We were given no clear justification—sometimes not even a reason at all. This kind of behavior from a rental provider that Booking.com endorses is completely unacceptable.
Booking.com, how can you continue to work with such an unreliable and unprofessional partner? You are responsible for vetting your third-party providers. We were financially and logistically harmed, and we demand that Booking.com step in and provide a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved, we will be forced to take further action.
