Booking.com Car Rental with Greenmotion Not Delivered, Refund Still Pending
I booked a car rental through Booking.com with Greenmotion, but the car was never delivered. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, neither Greenmotion nor Booking.com has refunded the amount I paid. Both companies have been unresponsive to my numerous emails and inquiries.
This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I trusted Booking.com to partner with reliable rental providers, yet I am left with no resolution and out of pocket. I demand that Booking.com and Greenmotion address this issue promptly and refund the amount I paid without further delay.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I urge both companies to take responsibility and ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers.
