Booking.com Has Terrible Customer Service – No Response to My Urgent Issue

I made a reservation through Booking.com for my international trip, but I encountered an issue that required immediate assistance. Unfortunately, reaching their customer service is impossible.
I have sent multiple emails, yet all I receive are automated responses repeating the same message over and over. Even when I reply with additional details, I still get the same generic reply, offering no real help. Trying to speak to a real person through the app is just as frustrating—there is simply no way to get proper support.
This is unacceptable for a company handling travel bookings. If you have other options, I strongly recommend using a different platform. Booking.com must fix its customer service issues and actually respond to urgent requests instead of ignoring customers!
