SoulChill Banned My Device Until 2031 Without Explanation

I am a user of the SoulChill application. On 01/10/2026, while I was quietly using my account and chatting with my friends in a normal way, my device was suddenly banned by SoulChill until the year 2031, with a message saying that my device violated the usage rules. I did not use the application in any illegal or abusive way and I do not know the reason for this decision. This ban prevents me from accessing my account and using the service from my current device even though I was only chatting with my friends. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail and that the device ban on my SoulChill access be removed as soon as possible, or at least that a clear explanation be given about the reason for this ban.
