Booking.com! Help With My Reservation and Refund

Dear Booking.com Support, I recently booked an apartment (confirmation no. 6125774715) from 19–23 August 2025 in Bergamo city, but unfortunately, I accidentally selected the wrong month. We intended to book 19–23 September 2025 instead. I have already contacted the property, but they informed me that September is fully booked and they cannot change the dates. I truly love the property and would prefer to stay there, but since it’s not possible, I kindly ask if you could assist me in avoiding or reducing the cancellation fee (€190.57), as this was an honest mistake.
