I attempted to cancel reservation number 4572915746, along with pin number 1064, for my spouse as a result of an unexpected health concern. I've had to cancel my entire travel itinerary, but unfortunately, I'm unable to cancel the hotel reservation without incurring a fee. I'm frustrated because the hotel is refusing to let me cancel the reservation, even though we haven't even stayed there yet. Immediate help is required for health-related matters. I kindly request your immediate assistance in canceling my reservation without any charges.
