Roblox Banned My Account for Cheating Done by the Person Who Stole It

My Roblox account under the username "Yiyit_4" was stolen by someone during the last week of May 2026. In support ticket #170173825 that I opened regarding the incident, Roblox's support team reviewed the case and officially confirmed that my account had been compromised — meaning it was formally acknowledged that the account had been taken over by someone other than me.
I was then sent an email stating that my account had been re-linked to my original email address and that I needed to change my password. When I changed my password and tried to log in, I discovered that the account had been banned for six months. It is abundantly clear that this ban was issued as a result of cheating carried out by the person who stole my account — yet the punishment has been applied directly to me and my account.
When I reached out to support again regarding the ban, I received vague, unhelpful responses along the lines of "We cannot provide further information on this matter" — answers that explained nothing and resolved nothing. Despite the theft of my account being officially confirmed, it is the victim — not the perpetrator — who is being penalized, and I cannot get anyone to properly address this.
My request to Roblox / VNG Games is this: given the confirmed fact that my account was stolen, the 6-month ban applied to my account must be immediately lifted, my account must be restored to full working order, and I must receive a clear and meaningful response regarding the harm I have suffered throughout this process.
