I made a reservation through Booking for Villa Apostolos (Reservation No: 5195394348) for the dates 28–31 August 2025. I paid €570 and the booking included free cancellation. On 26 August 2025, just before my stay, the property changed my reservation dates to 1–4 September 2025 without my consent and forced me to cancel. Despite sending many messages and emails both to Booking and the property, I never received any response. My payment has not been refunded and I am still experiencing financial loss. I demand the immediate refund of my €570 and the closure of the seller’s account to prevent others from facing the same problem.
