Booking.com Genius Program Misleading, No Real Discounts or Price Match

I’m incredibly disappointed with Booking.com’s Genius program. After making 10 reservations, I reached Genius Level 2, which supposedly offers exclusive discounts like 15% off certain hotels. I found a hotel in Egypt that claimed to be discounted, with a promise of price matching if I found a lower price elsewhere. However, when I checked another reliable booking site, the same hotel was $10 cheaper, meaning the "15% discount" was completely false. The Genius program is misleading, and the price match guarantee is just a gimmick. Booking.com needs to stop these deceptive practices and provide genuine discounts or honor their price matching promise. This is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution to this issue!
