Hello, Unfortunately, the Turkish call center and staff for Booking.com are unable to provide solutions. They repeatedly end calls saying, "We will call you back for security reasons," but they never do. I don't know how many times I've called, but I've spoken with three different representatives, including O**** and F****, without any follow-up. We're facing this issue right at the start of our journey. All verifications, including email and phone, are correctly completed, yet you are still unable to assist. We couldn't communicate effectively in either Turkish or English.
