Booking.com Cleanliness and Hygiene Problems at Maduro Hotel





I made a reservation through Booking.com, and the photos of the hotel we booked were completely different from what we encountered upon arrival. The floorboards were broken, and insects were coming out of them. Both the sheets and the walls were stained, and there were many flies and bugs inside. I am requesting an immediate refund from Booking.com. Even the towel provided was not a proper towel, the bathroom was wet when I entered, and the toilet was filthy. This is a performance not expected from Booking.com, and I demand an immediate refund. The hotel we stayed at is called Maduro Hotel (Fatih), and the reservation was made by my mother, M***** K*****.
