Amazon Order Delayed and Customer Service Keeps Customers on Hold
On October 25, 2026, I placed an order through Amazon containing washing machine detergent, several flashlights, and an adjustable wrench that I urgently needed. However, as of today, November 3, 2026, I still have not received any updates about my shipment, and there has been no progress regarding its delivery. I have called customer service numerous times to get information about my order. During my most recent call, I waited on hold for a full 98 minutes at 0 (850) 390 27 70, but I was never connected to a customer service representative and had to listen to hold music the entire time. Failing to respond after such an excessive waiting period and neglecting reasonable customer service response times clearly demonstrate a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I have been seriously inconvenienced both by my package remaining stuck at the Ankara sorting facility for an extended period and by my inability to reach customer service. The delay has been particularly frustrating because I urgently need the adjustable wrench.
