Royal Match Team Chat Not Working for Two Months

I have been playing Royal Match for many years and I am the admin of our team. Around two months ago my team chat stopped working and since then I have not been able to communicate with my teammates. My player ID is 3V98LVMK and I play via Google Play. When I write a message in the team chat, it appears for a moment and then disappears, with no error message or explanation. It looks like my chat is banned or blocked, but I have not been informed of any violation and I do not know the reason. I have always enjoyed managing our team and communicating with players, and this situation makes it impossible to do my role. I kindly ask you to review my account and remove the chat ban, or at least clearly explain why this restriction was applied and whether it can be lifted. I would like to be able to chat with my team again as before.
