Booking.com and Budget Car Rental Issue in Kuwait - Refund Request

We are stranded in Kuwait. Official thanks to the Budget and Booking family. We rented a Honda City with the reference number 734679343. Since my driver's license is registered in my ID, I printed a copy of my driver's license through the E-Government.

However, Budget employees did not accept it. They claimed that they only wanted my driver's license, no matter what I did, even though the document received was a qualified Turkish document serving as a driver's license.

The same individuals tried to rent a vehicle for 18 KD per day on my first arrival in Kuwait. Since it was expensive, we did not rent it. They tried to get to know us and extend the situation. We gave them an additional 10 KD. We went back to our hotel.

Thank you for putting us in a difficult situation. I want a refund. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal options.
