Samsung 58TU7000 Screen Failure: Replacement or Refund Request

I bought my Samsung 58TU7000 series television in September 2021. About 15 days before the end of the warranty period, after 2 years of use, a screen failure occurred and the screen was replaced under warranty. Approximately 2 years later, in September 2025, the same screen failure occurred again. Upon my complaint, the screen was replaced free of charge and I was told that this would be “one time only”. Although I requested that the product be replaced or refunded, these requests were rejected. At that time, I specifically asked what would happen if the same fault recurred and I was told that in the event of another failure I would be charged. One year passed and in September 2026 the screen failed again. The device was sent to the authorized service in Menemen/İzmir and, two days later, it was returned to me with the note that “no problem was found, the device is working”. After using the television for only 2 days, the screen started to go dark again. In other words, the malfunction clearly continues. When I spoke again with customer service after this last incident, I was informed that because the previous screen replacement was done free of charge, this time the repair would be chargeable. I do not accept having another screen installed on the same television anymore. Since the same screen fault has occurred repeatedly and has reappeared only 2 days after the last service intervention, I request that the product be replaced or that the price be refunded. I chose Samsung believing that it was a high quality and reliable brand. However, the fact that I have had problems with my television almost every year during the same period for the last few years, and that I have been left without a television for long periods each time, has caused a serious grievance for me. I have also requested that all service and transaction records related to my television be sent to me in writing. If a permanent solution is not provided, I will exercise my legal rights, including applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. From Samsung, I now expect not a temporary screen replacement, but a permanent solution that will eliminate my grievance regarding this television.
