Milwaukee PH30 Power X Broke Under Warranty and I Was Charged $58

I purchased a Milwaukee PH30 Power X rotary hammer drill from Ordu Concept Alüminyum approximately one year ago. I had felt that something was wrong with the product since the very first day I used it, and I had previously sent it in for warranty service because it was making unusual noises internally.
More recently, the product developed another malfunction, so I sent it to an authorized service center. I was told that a component inside the drill was broken and that this was not covered by the warranty. I was then asked to pay approximately $58 for the repair. I used the drill under normal conditions for my own work and never opened or interfered with the inside of the tool. Despite this, I do not accept being told that the damage was caused by user error without any concrete explanation or evidence.
I am experiencing significant inconvenience because I am being asked to pay for a broken component even though the product is still under warranty, while responsibility for the failure is being placed on me without a proper explanation. I request that the malfunction be evaluated under the warranty and that the product be repaired free of charge or, if necessary, that the broken component be replaced at no cost to me.
