Booking.com Allowed My Reservation to Be Canceled Due to a Narrow Check-In Window
I reserved a 3-day stay at Rose Garden Apartments in Oslo via Booking.com, but my booking got canceled since I missed their limited check-in hours from 11:00 to 15:00. Even though I could have checked in the next day, they wouldn't help me out, so I had to rush to find another place at the last minute. It's very frustrating that neither the property nor Booking.com has replied to my messages, and I still haven't gotten my refund. It's annoying that Booking.com, a site I've relied on for so long, is letting this issue linger without a solution. It seems like they're ignoring these issues, and it's making me wonder if I should keep using their service.
