Booking.com Reservation in Oslo Canceled Due to Late Check-In
I made a 3-day reservation in Oslo at Rose Garden Apartments, but the booking was entirely canceled because I didn’t check in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Despite being able to check in the next day, I was forced to find another place to stay. The property won’t respond to my messages or provide a refund, and Booking.com claims the property has the right to do this. It's clear that this is an unfair situation, and I’m shocked that a major platform like Booking.com allows such actions. I will no longer make reservations through their site.
