BMW X1 2023 Air Conditioner Not Cooling
On May 1st, there was a recall for my 2023 BMW X1 because of a brake servo issue. I placed an order for the part and got the car's 27,000 km service done on the same day. Not long after, I realized that the air conditioning wasn't functioning correctly. The authorized service center in Diyarbakır, MSC BMW, identified a software glitch as the cause of the issue and proceeded to update the software. Nevertheless, the issue continued.
After a thorough examination, MSC BMW identified an issue with the engine fan, which they believe led to the air conditioning malfunction. I was told that the replacement part would have to be sent from Germany and they strongly recommended against driving the vehicle until it was fixed. In addition, they assured us that they would make arrangements for a replacement vehicle.
Even after contacting BMW's communication center, I still haven't received any response regarding the substitute vehicle or a resolution to the air conditioning issue. I have no choice but to endure the unbearable summer heat as I drive my car, with temperatures soaring as high as 40 degrees Celsius. I kindly request that BMW promptly provide me with a replacement vehicle or promptly address the issue with the air conditioning.
