Our vehicle, which we entrusted to your BMW Kosifler Bostancı service on April 3, 2024 due to an air conditioning cooling system malfunction, has not yet been returned to us. We were informed that parts are being awaited from abroad. Despite being informed by your officials about the spare part's expected arrival in the first week of May, our repeated requests for a replacement vehicle have been met with the explanation that we are on a waiting list due to the limited availability of replacement vehicles. Earlier, we reached out to you regarding an issue with the brake integration center. We have been patiently waiting for the necessary parts to fix the malfunction for approximately 2 months. If this type of vehicle is available for purchase, it is important to ensure that the necessary parts are readily available or can be provided quickly. Nevertheless, every time we spend comparable durations at your service center. We would anticipate a more efficient and customer-centric service from your company, considering the high-end brands you represent and the fact that our vehicle, a BMW İ7, is a standout model. It is quite frustrating when a vehicle remains in service for an extended period of time, especially when we purchased it with the intention of using it. It's disappointing that the vehicle is present but unable to be utilized. We kindly request a prompt resolution to our problem concerning the matter at hand. Warm regards
