Earlier, we reached out to you regarding an issue with the brake integration center. We have been patiently waiting for the necessary parts to fix the malfunction for approximately 2 months. If this type of vehicle is available for purchase, it is important to ensure that the necessary parts are readily available or can be provided quickly. Nevertheless, every time we spend comparable durations at your service center. We would anticipate a more efficient and customer-centric service from your company, considering the high-end brands you represent and the fact that our vehicle, a BMW İ7, is a standout model.
