BMW X1 Navigation System Update Request


In February 2, 2024, I brought my 2022 model BMW X1, which was still under warranty, to Köprülü Oto, the authorized service center in Konya, for its second maintenance. I was told that all maintenance and updates were done. But then, after three days, my car's navigation system started acting up, saying it needed an update in a message. Since then, I haven't heard back from Köprülü Oto Service about scheduling an appointment. When I got in touch with the authorized service center in Adana-Mersin, they assured me that they would take care of the problem and set up an appointment. As of today (May 10, 2024), I'm still struggling to get an appointment. It's been ten days since I reached out to BMW Borusan customer service, and they promised to take care of my problem. However, I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm still stuck with my problem, and no one has bothered to follow up or offer any help.
