I invested in Bitlo after hearing good things from friends, but now I can't withdraw my money despite its urgency. The live support team is clueless—they provide no real assistance. When I call, the same support agent from live chat answers the phone, but they only offer scripted responses without actually solving the issue. Neither they nor I understand why I can’t access my own funds.
